Cancellation Policy:

  • You can cancel your order before it is dispatched or within 5 hours of placing it, whichever is earlier.
  • Please note that partial cancellations or removing individual items from an order after it has been placed are NOT allowed. To request a cancellation, email us at eecomp10@gmail.com.
  • If you cancel a prepaid order within three hours of placing it, a full refund will be initiated. The refund process typically takes 3-5 working days once your cancellation request has been processed by our team.
  • Please be aware that we cannot accept order cancellations after delivery due to hygiene reasons.

Eagleye Collections Inc reserve right to refuse the transaction or delay the refund process by 3-6 months for users with a prior history of questionable charges such as cancellation of bulk orders/ orders and such cancellation has occurred more than once.

  • In case of damaged products, in order to request a replacement or refund, you are required to report the issue with 2 days or 48 hours of product delivery.
  • After a thorough verification of the damaged product(s) by our team, you would be eligible to receive a full refund or a replacement.
  • Don't afraid over wrong or missing products! If you report the issue within 2 days / 48 hours from the delivery date, we'll promptly replace them for you.
  • For any wrong or incomplete orders, an unboxing video is recommended.
  • If you feel any specific LapinD’or product is ineffective, kindly contact us within 7 days of consistent product usage. Our product advisors will reach out to you to gain a better understanding of the issue and offer further instructions. In genuine cases, we are pleased to offer a coupon code equivalent to the value of the product, which can be redeemed during your next purchase.

While LapinD’or products prioritize safety, we recommend a Patch Test for sensitive skin or allergies before full application. If adverse reactions occur, discontinue use and promptly contact our customer care. Please adhere to product usage instructions to minimize any potential risks.
